Membership of HWGT offers many benefits.

We have an event every month throughout the year. During the winter it’s a lecture and from April to October it’s a garden visit. We also send members a 24 page colour newsletter twice yearly.

Subscriptions

The Annual Subscription is due in February

  • Individual annual membership: £15. Individual life membership: £150
  • Joint or family annual membership: £20. Joint life membership: £200
  • Corporate annual membership for schools and associations: £30
  • Corporate annual membership for businesses and Local Authorities: £75
How to join

To join the Trust, please download a Membership_application form here or apply to the Membership Secretary via the Get in Touch page. A Banker’s Standing Order is available which means your subscription is automatically deducted each year, and cannot be changed without your permission – or, if you prefer, you can renew by cheque annually.

The Gardens Trust

The Hereford & Worcester Gardens Trust is closely associated with The Gardens Trust, the only national charity dedicated to the research and conservation of designed landscapes. Data protection

Hereford and Worcester Gardens Trust holds personal data (name, class of membership, subscriptions paid, address, telephone number and e-mail address) solely for the purposes of sending out newsletters, subscription reminders, notification of visits, lectures and the AGM and communications relevant to the aims of the Trust. Bank details are held for the purposes of setting up standing orders. To comply with the requirements of the Charity Commission, the information may be retained for a period of time after a member resigns.

The Trust is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
